Certification in ITIL V4 or V3 is also required, indicating familiarity with IT service management best practices. 4. Exceptional Communication and Leadership Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. The candidate must be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, lead project teams informally, and communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization. Nice-to-have Skills: 1.
