We keep working for three reasons: 1. We like the day to day of what we do. 2. We like the people we work with. 3. We like why we’re doing it. It gets progressively hard to find the higher the number in this list.

💡 ☕ 🔥 What's good, and what could be better? Always love these sessions with the amazing Customer Success team. You don't need a technical or complicated structure to find big wins. Often, keeping it as simple as possible actually improves open communication and creativity, and then allows more opportunity for action. For us, we often simply follow: - 💪 What's good? Once we've gone around the table a few times, we then consider; can we double down on the good stuff, and have we taken the time to reflect on these wins and provide kudos to those who deserve it? - 📈 What could be better? And then later consider, can we make any quick decisions at this table for short term wins? And if not, what are our plans to improve on this before we do this again in 6 weeks time? We often find the impact of these 2-3 hour sessions is the equivalent in saving days of productive working time, and is critical to ensuring we're keeping our customers as happy as possible. ❄ And yes - that is cosy fireplace setting in SE Queensland! How to get official validation of the high-quality standards? 👀 In the software industry, many companies claim to adhere to high-quality standards. But how can these claims be validated? 🕵♀️ During one of our last competitive tenders against six esteemed software houses in the Czech Republic—where the evaluation was based 60% on price and 40% on technical quality—we showcased our commitment to excellence. Despite being the second most expensive, our focus on high-quality output and our team of senior engineers allowed us to excel technically, narrowly missing the win by just 1.47 points out of 100. Based on their evaluation, the client chose the cheapest option but also below-average quality. This outcome, though disappointing, underscores the value of our approach. I want to extend my gratitude to our team. The dedication to quality is one of the main reasons our people like to work at Jimmy. 🙏
