Those who do not have the mindset of helping others may not afford to be a good customer support agent. You must be tolerant, down-to-earth and easy going person for you to think of advancing a career as a customer support agent. Those who are aggressive to fellow humans can't be customer support agents. As it takes two to tangle, so it takes a humane person to relate with another, dedicating a good period to bear the burden of another.
