Got a bit bored, so I had a bit of a new restaurant idea. The idea is simple: Open a restaurant that serves cooked mussels with fries, just how the Belgians do it. Only this time, the mussels are served in a massive central pot in the restaurant, and served from chutes coming from the pot. You eat what you can, and then pay after, but a kilo of cooked mussels, with fries and a beer shall be no more than £20 per kilo. (usually your average bloke can manage about 500-750g) What are we thinking on this?
