QUESTION EVERYTHING. Here are some questions I've asked my team recently. 1) Why do we do it this way? 2) If we had to double our output by next week, how would we do this? 3) What can we delete? What followed was insightful, outside-of-the-box thinking and engaging debate that will now lead to significant change within the business. Not only this, there was a renewed sense of energy and buy-in towards what we are tyring to achieve. Great insight Sam Jensen, doing something in one way because ‘that’s the way we have always done it’ is lazy thinking. If you are not looking for ways to innovate or disrupt what your business is doing, there is a good chance your competitors will! Keep up that mindset
