A call to all FM professionals! When I speak to individuals who work at the highest level in Facilities and Estates Management, a common theme in the story of their success is at some point in their career they had a boss or mentor who propelled them upwards. Unfortunately, I also speak to those who experience the opposite, and had their ambition and progression dampened or held back. So I'm calling to people in my network who've had the benefit of an inspirational leader, for the benefit of those reading this who haven't, what advice would you give to people starting out in the industry?
