Every hate comment can be turned into an opportunity to get more eyes! Let me give you a recent example One of my clients received a comment that was purely based on a misconception people have in their niche, and the words of the comments weren’t very nice. So, we replied in a very elegant but sarcastic manner and pinned their comment. The result? - 398 people liked their comment - 625 people liked our reply - 34 more people supported us by commenting on the same issue All this engagement worked in our favor and 1455 people followed us from this single reel. You can always apply the same steps. Have you ever got some hate comments?

At Speclean, we've learned that the most valuable lesson in both life and business is understanding whose opinion truly matters. It's easy to get caught up in what others think—whether it’s clients, competitors, or even colleagues. But the turning point for us came when we realized that the most important opinion is our own. When we started trusting ourselves—our commitment to quality, our values, and our vision for a clean and welcoming environment—that’s when Speclean truly took off. We stopped worrying about outside noise and focused on what we do best: delivering excellence in every clean. The day we let go of others’ expectations was the day we began operating without limits, fully embracing what we know we’re capable of. Here’s to trusting yourself, your work, and your journey.
We often get so caught up in others opinions of us, whether that's from friends and family, work colleagues or people on social media. But, the only opinion that matters is YOURS. This is how you live without inhibition. The minute I stop worrying about other people's opinions was the day my life took off. World Mental Health Day is in the calendar as 10th October, but we should focus on our mental health all of the time. Every day should be Mental Health day. This post by Steven Bartlett, beautifully captures a liberating truth: when we release ourselves from the grip of external opinions, we unlock a new level of personal freedom. It's a powerful reminder that our greatest critic is often ourselves. The moment we stop giving weight to others' judgements is the moment we reclaim control over our lives and decisions. True growth begins when we prioritise our own opinion, freeing ourselves to live without inhibition and allowing our personal journey to unfold with greater clarity and purpose. #mentalhealtheveryday #mentalhealth #prioritiseyourself

Take every advice with a pinch of salt. When it comes to posting on LinkedIn, I always hear advice like: → Post every day. I get it, but here’s the thing— Sometimes, I just don't feel like posting. I get overwhelmed with information overload. And there are times when I simply have nothing to share. That's just how it is for me. It may be different for you. But you know what? I'd rather not post than to compromise on quality. It's all about quality over quantity. However, that doesn't mean I'm completely absent. I still engage in the comments. I support others by: Commenting. Celebrating. Reposting. Liking. I cheer for my fellow queens and kings who are doing well. But the most importantly I learn from others. So, if you're feeling overwhelmed like me. Take a break. Reassess. Observe. Learn. You're doing great. Don’t give up! Remember: It's not just about posting everyday. It's about connecting with your audience. It’s about adding value to their lives. So, keep showing up and keep learning. You've got this! Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on LinkedIn? Let’s connect. 💜

🌈 Someone just came out to you? Here are some quick DOs and DON’Ts to show your support! 🌈 ❌ Don’t panic. You are not expected to be an expert. Let them do the talking and listen, listen, listen. ✅ Do remember to say ‘thank you’: The fact that they have trusted you enough to speak to you is a privilege. ❌ Don’t ask too many questions: Curiosity is natural, but now’s the time to support, not overwhelm them with questions. ✅ Do ask how you can support them: Listen to what they say, and repeat it back to check you’ve understood correctly. ❌ Don’t discuss their identity with other people: This is very important to remember as you don’t want to accidentally ‘out’ them and betray their trust. ✅ Do get informed: Educate yourself, do research, and don’t be afraid to be honest about what you don’t know. Remember, coming out is a huge step and your response matters. Be kind, be supportive, and above all, be a great ally! ❤️ #NationalComingOutDay

Want to change minds? You need the right messenger! Why? Because facts alone won’t do it. When you want to sway opinions, you’ve got to speak to people’s emotions, and that’s where the messenger makes or breaks it. Kamala Harris has had a tough time getting through to middle-aged white men. But here’s the thing – when her message is delivered by someone from their own demographic, support skyrockets. It’s not just about what’s said, but who says it. The messenger creates permission for them to align with a familiar face. They might see Kamala as outside their group, but when her ideas are shared by someone they relate to? They start to listen. If you’re a white man and you're committed to getting Kamala Harris elected, now is the time to step up. Get on social media and talk about why you’re voting for her. Your voice matters more than you think. By sharing your support, you’re not just amplifying her message – you’re making it relatable to people who need to hear it from someone like them. And if you know someone who fits this demo, encourage them to speak up. Their voice could make all the difference. You might not change your dad’s mind, but someone like him could...

I’m resonating with this post—often, we think everyone is watching and judging us, but the truth is, people are focused on their own challenges. Let go of your inhibitions and take action. That's where real growth begins! #TakeAction #OvercomeFear #SelfGrowth
