Funny story…I was a world class beer pong champion in college. While you might hear that and think “she didn’t burnout in college” Oh yes I did. I worked hard and played harder. The cycle of being ON and then checked out was in full force. Burnout doesn’t always come from times of over-productivity. It’s from times of too much with no room for respite. I share this tidbit because you might be thinking that you haven’t experienced burnout. You probably have and are just too used to it. Want to hear more about burnout?
