As tomorrow is #WorldSuicidePreventionDay, we want to remind you that it's OK to step away from social media if the content you see feels overwhelming. Prioritise your wellbeing, and remember, we're here if you need to talk 💚
“On this World Suicide Prevention Day, we extend our deepest thanks and admiration to the Samaritans for the incredible work you do every day. Your compassion, patience, and unwavering support offer a lifeline to those in their darkest moments. By listening without judgment and providing hope, you save lives and bring light to places that feel hopeless. Your dedication inspires us all, reminding us of the power of empathy and human connection. Thank you for being a beacon of hope for so many.”🦋
David Pacey please can you message me, it's very important as I am trying to reach your dad 🙏 Sorry to contact through here!
Do whatever you need to #mentalwellness is so important
We must do more to support one another and expand our understanding of all genres of poor mental health. No one should ever feel that this is their only choice. Sending love and prayers.
Keep up the great work Samaritans, hopefully more can start having those tough conversations and use your services. I know I wish I had before things got bad, it could have stopped my own attempt. Grateful to be here still and appreciate all that you do, you’re saving lives 🫡
❤️❤️❤️
Great work as always 💚

1moWish there was a way to contact not out loud as my daughters in hospital and mentally I'm struggling as we can't get her the right help but there's no where to turn and I don't want her to hear me on the phone.
