Do this by optimising sales priorities, commercial activities and ensuring the right forecasts for IKEA total offer.Responsibilities:Sales steering top range priorities for the campaign, selling the IKEA way, news and launches.Work in collaboration with the Commercial Activity Team to lead the commercial calendar process in Country.Support Regional Commercial Navigator in effective retail decision making by providing accurate, relevant and user-friendly business information.Effectively work with and influence the Country commercial team, marketing and other support functions.Proactively coordinate all country commercial offers and activities.Support a fast implementation of planned activity changes.Understand and act on country commercial opportunities.Communicate IKEA range offer in all internal and external media.Support the stores in executing the commercial calendar.Work with store commercial activity leaders to develop their commercial skills.Involved in country IKEA web presence strategy and plan.Ensure all actions are aligned with IKEA objectives.QualificationsKnowledge:Interest in people's everyday life at home and in home furnishing.Experience of working in a customer-focused service industry.Experience of setting and implementing long-term strategic plans.Ability to prioritise and organise work efficiently.Understand profit and loss and how to affect its result.Ability to set expectations and provide clear direction.Experience of using knowledge of customer behaviour to develop business plans.Motivation:Responsible for implementing and maintaining compliance and audit programs.Problem-solving experience gained in a matrix organisation.Experience of working with the selling processes.Capabilities:Excellent oral and written communication skills.Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.Interested in home furnishing and the IKEA product range.A passion for developing people and talent.Driven to exceed goals through people.A passion for sales in a fast-paced retail environment.Experience & Education:Bachelors in relevant field.6 - 7 years' proven experience in Sales chain within the retail industry.Experience of working in a fast-paced reta
