Your biggest revenue leak is probably coming at 3am. Night audits have killed luxury hospitality. Why? Because most hotels force rate parity at midnight. Systems update. OTA rates align. Direct rates standardise. But ultra-luxury buying HAPPENS at 3am. Here's how I'd design a night value architecture: 1am: Guests booking unlock premium experiences 2am: Add extra availability of rare suites that are in high demand 3am: Adjust rates that are impossible to find 4am: Launch private access codes to upgrades With this, you can start to track buying patterns, map different time zones and ultimately predict booking windows. Ultra-luxury doesn't sleep.
