Hello Everyone,👋 As my summer internship at Motorola concludes, I am filled with gratitude for the amazing journey of learning and development. At Motorola, I had the opportunity to enhance my technical as well as theoretical knowledge in a lot of areas related to networking and cloud. However, the most valuable lessons I gained went beyond just technical skills. I had the privilege of immersing myself in the corporate culture, and observing how professionals in the industry operate was truly inspirational. The knowledge gap between what is taught in college and what is practised in the industry was an eye-opener. Every question or doubt I had was met with detailed and insightful answers, showcasing the deep expertise of my colleagues. 🚀 Super excited to share the outcomes of my latest telecom analysis collaboration during my Internship at AtliQ Technologies with Wavecon Telecom! 📲 🔍 Project Journey: Diving into this project was a big leap for me, especially being a bit on the introverted side. ✨ Before this virtual internship, I had never tackled video presentations. 🎥 Stepping into this new territory was a challenge, but as they say, "First-time experiences are always a learning curve." 📈 Initially tough, but I'm thrilled to say I've conquered it. ✅ This experience not only boosted my confidence but also taught me the value of pushing boundaries for personal and professional growth. 🌱💪 Now, I'm all geared up to take on new challenges in the future. 📚 🌟 Project Goals Overview:  ➡ Uncover the impact of the 5G launch on revenue.  ➡ Identify any underperforming KPIs post-5G launch - Revenue, ARPU, TAU, and TUSu.  ➡ Pinpoint revenue-generating and underperforming plans post 5G rollout.  ➡ Assess the effects of the 5G launch on specific plans - decide whether to keep or scrap.  ➡ Investigate plans scrapped post 5G launch and understand the reasoning behind the decisions. 📈 Delving into KPIs: This journey deepened my understanding of critical telecom KPIs—like ARPU, TAU, and more—that are vital for deciphering industry dynamics. Week 1 complete ✅ This past week I started my summer internship at Microsoft as an Explore intern on the Real Time Communication team. I'm eager to learn from such talented colleagues and contribute to innovative projects. I want to give a shout-out to Hong Sodoma, and the rest of the team for being so kind and welcoming! There are a few things that I have taken away that I thought to share: 1.) Navigating a professional landscape let alone a new environment can be difficult. As someone coming from a first-generational background so much is changing. Yet that makes it even equally important to make use of the resources around you. Setting up 1 on 1 ☕️ conversations has gone a long way! 2.) Critical thinking shows up in more places than just a project. For me, 8 hours of work simply isn't enough time to hit ambitious goals routinely. I really have had to lean on thoughtful reflection to evaluate the usefulness of such goals. Crazily enough, approaching situations with no right answer can be thought of similarly 🫨. Challenges and growth await this summer and I can't wait to see how this summer shapes out to be! #intern #microsoft #firstGen #newStart

They might also use your data for various unwanted purposes... Just check the post below it's the best thing I came across today 😭😂 read the caption and check the comments. People don't even bother reading the caption and start to drop down their personal emails ❌ Be safe, peace out! ✨
