We always hear, "Learn to say no," but for me, life started changing when I began saying yes. 😀Yes to my first networking event - where I walked in nervous and walked out with friendships I never expected. 😀Yes to a 10-mile hike - even though I hadn’t walked a mile in years (thanks to my health struggles). It was tough, but wow, what a win! 😀Yes to a drawing competition with my daughter - filled with laughter, creativity, and a not-so-great masterpiece from me. *Spoiler: I lost, but the memories? Priceless! Saying yes opened doors to growth, fun, and moments I’ll never forget. But along the way, I learned something important.
