Samsung Electronics I have an important suggestion regarding the development of mobile phones.. which is to add a new feature to the upcoming phones manufactured without a charging port. The feature works via Bluetooth, a small device placed in the charger port that provides energy like the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth networks. The person turns on the charging mode from the mobile as an icon like the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth icons. When the phone is fully charged, it is automatically turned off to preserve the battery life. It also makes the phone better water resistant, which gives Samsung a great competitive advantage over the rest of the market.
Hello SanSung, your products are getting worse and worse. I've already bought 3 chargers for the A13 smartphone, and all of them are melting the cable. Could you send me a new one? I've already complained but so far nothing from the company has resolved the problem.

I heard Samsung only pushing AI now because they lost 122 billion USD in sales on 2024, which explains their mass layoff in september. AI is key to success.

Before focusing on AI fix your customer service. I have spent 16 hours over the course of 2 weeks trying to fix an incorrect refund issue being bounced around and lied to by your representatives. It's beyond incompetence at this point it's a scam!
