An supose enginering Gerardo Alarcón came to my home to instalate a whaser and dryer bespoke but Gerardo did not their conections on my equipments...was his son, and create an inundation in my home damaging my new equipement and my blankets closets were damage a lot. Nobody wants to take the responsability of this and they did not want to change the equipment that Samsung workers did. The water higger 2" ,...so, u' can imagine. Samsung Mobiles are the worst mobile, I bough brand new A16 in Nagpur 2 days back and the battery was draining instantly and the product had manufacturing defect.I went to Nagpur Dharampeth Service centre with my brand new phone and told them about the battery draining issue. The staff at Samsung Authorised service centre Spectrum Nagpur Dharampeth, they refused to replace the Faulty mobile ,the staff was ignorant and rude and were not aware about the basic features of the phone and we're misbehaving and arrogant.Worst products and even worst service centre's,very rude and unprofessional way of handling customer and have Zero product knowledge.My advice is that never every buy Samsung products and mobile in India.Oppo,Vivo etc are far better products at a lesser price and good customer complaint resolution. We all want to buy a mobile phone for our kids but will it be durable, security conscious and have a user friendly interface because if it does think of all the parents with contact mobile 📱 phones that will add them to there contact or buy them for sim free only contracts. The 6 to 16 year olds mobile 📱 phone manufacturered and software packaged perfectly for them giving parents piece of mind.
Good afternoon, Samsung team. I am writing to you because I purchased a stove on your Chilean website with delivery to the city of Puerto Montt. I regret to inform you that the transport company Samsung uses in Chile has not met the deadlines. The product was supposed to arrive on December 10th and it still hasn't arrived. This is the responsibility of the transport company, but I am surprised that Samsung, being such a prestigious brand, entrusts its image to a logistics company that is so mediocre and provides such poor service. The company you use is Blue Express. The shopping experience is marred by poor last-mile management. I have tried to contact Samsung Chile without receiving any responses or concrete solutions.
One of the worst experiences and biggest regret is buying an expensive “smart” Samsung appliance. Have had and continuing to attempt to deal with Samsung to correct any issue or get anyone to solve the issue. It’s been nearly two months and have gotten nowhere, the warranty is horrific and the contractors to fix the problem are beyond horrible and a complete joke. I can imagine a lot of law suits heading your way.

8hI purchased a Samsung S23 FE on July 25, 2024, from Flipkart for ₹39,098. Since the date of purchase, the device has had persistent overheating issues. Despite attempting all possible troubleshooting methods, the problem remains unresolved. Additionally, the device has the following major defects: Overheating from the date of arrival Camera suddenly stops working Device auto switches off I visited the Samsung service center seeking a resolution, but they failed to fix the issue. The device remains defective, causing significant inconvenience. I have spent ₹39,098, which is not worth it for a defective product that fails to function properly. Having spent considerable time and effort trying to resolve this matter without success, I now demand a full refund along with appropriate compensation for the defective product and the inconvenience caused. If the company fails to provide the refund and compensation, I will be left with no choice but to initiate legal action to seek justice for my grievance. I request an immediate resolution to this matter.
