Don't Buy Any Samsung Products! Especially Ultra versions. Even don't go for S25 ultra .. Here are the reasons guys...I am a samsung premium customer, I have S22 ultra with the most famous green lines and I got worse experience from the Samsung customer service team. Got horizontal green lines after software update but they said to get free display change, the line should be vertical. How can it be predictable?. They gave the lines horizontally and how can we change it to vertical. This is their attitude towards a premium customer and I wonder that how will be their attitude towards a normal customer who can't afford enough amount to change their display.. Friends do not trust these guys.. switch to some better mobile companies...

S24 Ultra charges very slow (80min to 80%)! Charging protocols seem intentionally tweaked so that device does not charge super fast. S23 Ultra used to charge +-40min. Estimated charging time is a HUGE LIE! The same problem will be there on s25 Ultra so I'm not upgrading.

I have ideas for a mobile phone that have not been used yet..... One of them is that the smartphone detects its own faults..... through sensors in its hardware components..... indicating the technical condition of the phone and giving a report on the possibility of a fault in that part.....

Extremely disappointed with Samsung’s customer service. A 7-day-old handset turned faulty, and there's no transparency on whether it's repacked or refurbished. In an era like today, following bureaucratic processes instead of resolving issues is frustrating. Escalating my complaint to senior management seems impossible, and only front-end support is available. This experience has been a huge letdown.

I want to know if you are still thinking about not continuing DEI practices? I am spending over $1500 on a phone and your response will make me decide if I want to cancel my new phone order and stay with Apple who does do DEI along with Costco.
