Pls don’t buy samsung products as I have been an active samsung user and always advised people to buy samsung pdts — however in my latest experience with their soundbar pdt , my perception got changed . Within a year , soundbar got damaged and now company asking for repair cost of 10-12 K , which is not acceptable . Samsung Electronics I never thought that I would need to escalate my issue publicly but I'm compelled to do it as you service centre executives are just ignoring my problem. I had bought samsung S24 ultra 9 months back and 3 days back my phone display shows a green line and within few hours of green line my phone half screen got black and stopped working. I emailed to customer care, visited service centre 4 times but either they ignore me my calls or ask INR 16000 for display replacement. This service is not expected from Samsung Electronics, please look it into it asap.

Sir/ Ma'am Its very saddening to inform that SAMSUNG India has failed to deliver the Washing machine i ordered on 6 Oct 24 (22358804386) and has canceled my order on 16 Oct 24 and deducted cancelation charges too shamelessly. I ordered it again on 17 Oct 24 ( 22362346795)Today I received a msg from Delhivery that the product is out for delivery and yet again none turned up.  I had forewarned the service team via email and call to ensure PROMPT delivery by closely monitoring. Yet no one in SAMSUNG has bothered to do their bit .I HEREBY EXPRESS MY DISPLEASURE AND ANGUISH that YOUR INCOMPETANT TEAM NEEDS SERIOUS SERVICE UPGRADE.PL ACT I don't know how to handle this any better than writing mail to you.You may call me on 7261987268 to inform that the issue has been successfully resolved by you .

Never Buy a SAMSUNG products. Perticularly in promotional offers. They not only produce smart things, cheats customer smartly. Saying this with my recent experience by buying washer. They delivered a damaged prodcut and not ready to take it back or replace though raised the concern on day1 it was delivered which is in thier return window. And past one month their ecommerce team saying that their system is not updated with right status to replace or return. Now they asking me to go with the service/repair option, which completely not acceptable as they just by passed the time till the return window time crossed. Not sure , whom to escalate this . Just posting here as someone from Sr leadership look in this matter and take corrective actions , so that it can help who are going buy SAMSUNG. In my opinion not to buy. after buying with our hard earned money, their service is not good. Perticularly e-Commerce team does not have knowledge and authority to resolve any customer issues.

Hello Miyoung Yoo. Mi nombre es Spencer, disculpa pero no se quién me puede ayudar con mi caso. Tengo un refrigerador de 3 puertas que no enfría lo suficiente para hacer hielos, llamé a Samsung para que me envíe un técnico de mantenimiento pero está persona cortó la tubería original del gas , hizo un by pass con tubería nueva. Ahora el equipo no funciona y el centro a clientes no ayuda. Me dicen mentiras diciendo que va de nuevo un técnico y no llega, me pasan para otra semana y tampoco llega, y así me tienen al día de hoy. Quién me puede ayudar? Yo pagué por adelantado el mantenimiento y ahora no tengo refrigerador

poorest company experience with the automatic washing machine. 2 engineers from Samsung failed. 1 month, there is endless pain. Vatsal Singh, Ph.D. Rohit Marwah Parth khare Manisha Gambhir what talent did you hire? who is reachable? what solutions have been provided? 70 year old parents have suffered because of your product, service, customer care, emails are not responded, engineers have no clue. 1 star rating is appointed as Service centre in Coimbatore. I like Samsung phones and smartphones! I use many gadgets and home equipment from Samsung Electronics and am very pleased with them... But there are more promising projects for Samsung smartphones, such as: "All in one" With the project "All-in-One", Samsung smartphones can give users more than just communication... For example: - FIRE/FLAMME - Maintain personal hygiene and appearance - Physical protection from enemies and animals - Get pleasure, have fun, relax etc... "All In One" works simply, connect and use. Thus, my devices do not need batteries and chargers, it is more environmentally friendly and cheaper to manufacture. In the "All In One" project there is a prototype that is connected on magnetic contacts, so that when connecting multiple times, it does not damage the connector USB Type C (socket) of smartphones. Dear Samsung Electronics Samsung LED two times I booked an engineer for my LED TV issue. The 1st time your engineer came but he is untrained he doesn't know what was the actual issue in my tv he called to his senior and asked for help and don't know if this motherboard is not working or voltage issue there and he tell us without checking the tv from any electronic instrument and simply he go and closed my ticket and after I again complaint for same 2nd time engineer is came and he is ready to change my tv mother board and he raised for changing but after 3 days the ticket was closed without resolving my issue. Why is your engineer not working properly why he closed my ticket without resolving my tv issue. Is this good behaviour of samsung with customers my 1st complaint number is 440064 8280. And my 2nd complaint number is 4401458217. Kindly look into this

Hi Samsung, This is Roy Capistrano from the Philippines. I bought a 75 inches, Samsung QLED 8K TV worth Php 350,000 or KW 8,335,739. I bought this TV last May 2022, after 2 years, my TV got a problem and it is not powering ON. I think it is power looping, it ON then it OFF. I reported it to Samsung Service Center and they are charging me of Php24,000 or KW571,592 for the repair. Although I know that my TV is already 2 years old and it is not covered by warranty anymore. My point is, this is the most high-end TV brand and most expensive TV compare to LG, TCL, Devant, etc. Why is it already broken or not functioning after 2 years? Is this the quality of Samsung TV?
