Worst customer service ever. Not recommended at all I have Samsung fold 4 suddenly the internal screen stopped working, service center stated that it is a henge issue that causing the issue and to fix the cost is AED 1,770.00! The issue happened just less than 3 months after care+ is expired. It is clear manufacturing fault as henge live cycle is short. I am not even using the mobile as my primary mobile. Dispte being loyal customer to Samsung they refused to fix it for free or to offer any help. My home TV, fridge, microwave and even laptop are Samsung plus my wife and kids mobile phones are Samsung. I am using Samsung electricons more than 30 years and after all they don't care about thier loyal customers.

4d🚨🚨🚨After being a loyal Samsung mobile customer, I must say I am very disappointed. I recently purchased the new S25 Ultra directly from samsung store app (Order Number AE250123-71249804) and as soon as I took it out from the box and connect it to my 5G WiFi router, the phone freezes and restarts. I understand that sometimes devices can have issues, but my deep dissatisfaction comes from the way customer support handled the situation. They advised me to bring the device to the store for a check-up, which I did. The staff took 1 hour to perform a factory reset using their special software, yet when I got home, the problem persisted. I contacted customer support again, and now I have to bring the device back for further inspections. At this point, I am forced to file a complaint with consumer rights to demand a simple replacement or refund, rather than wasting more days.
