1wI’ve encountered a troubling issue with my Samsung S21 FE. After a software update, my phone developed a green line on the display, and despite several service center visits, Samsung has refused to replace the screen. The service centers confirmed there is no physical or liquid damage, yet Samsung’s internal policy seems unclear and inconsistent.
