WHY PROMOTING THE EXTRAORDINARY ITALIAN TASTE IN THE NIGERIA MARKET. Historically, Italy is called the "LAND OF WINE" because they have more native Itailain grapes (over 2000) compared to France, Greece, and Spain put together. Each Italian native grape has its own unique character, taste and texture. Itay's native grapes comprises roughly 25% of the world's wine grapes. Italy is the largest wine-producing country in the world, with a long-standing tradition of viticulture and recently they constantly produced over 40 million hecto-liters of wines annually. Showcasing the country's substaintail contribution to the global wine market. High International demand, making one if the top wine exporting nations. Rich winemaking heritage & commitment to quality with numerous renowned wine brands & wineries that have made a significant impart on the global wine stage like ANTINORI, GAJA, MARCHESI DI BAROLO, FRESCOBALDI etc. ------TAKE THE TIME TO SAVOR THE DIVERSITY & COMPLEXITY OF ITALIAN WINES------ #ITALAINWINES, #WINELOVERS #WINETIME

📝 A fascinating wine from Sardinia, with aromas of smoke and oyster shell, herby flavors and bright fruit, great freshness and a long finish. This would make for a magical pairing with sushi or oysters. 🍷 This is the tasting note elaborated by our jury for the selected wine of IOLEI WINERY. #5StarWines2024 #WineWithoutWalls2024 #5StarWinestheBook #ItalianWine #VinoItaliano

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN CHIANTI AND CHIANTI CLASSICO? Chianti is one of the best known Italian wine in the world. Actually, it is one of the most well known Italian words outside of Italy, aside from old favorites like pizza, pasta, and gelato. These two names Chianti and Chianti Classico mean two different areas and qualities of wine. Chianti must be made from at least 70% sangiovese and Chianti Classico sets the bar at 80%; the remaining amount in both wines can be made up of international varieties like cabernet sauvignon, merlot, or native varieties like canaiolo or colorino or either can be made with 100% sangiovese. In addition, there are three different levels of Chianti Classico with increasingly strict regulations on where it is produced, how long it must be aged, and other requirements. * I personally prefer the Chianti Classico with the black rooster PERIOD. https://lnkd.in/eE7JbzK5 - Colombaio Di Cencio Chianti Classico - 12 months aging required - Colombaio Di Cencio Chianti Classico Riserva - 24 months aging required - Colombaio Di Cencio Chianti Classico Gran Selezione - 36 months aging required MS SALUTE 🍷🇮🇹🍷

It was fun to bring the socials to life for Wine House Hunter Valley in this blind ["blind"?] tasting 🤣 Everyone likes to see the humans behind a brand! Whenever we get our hands on your socials, there's usually some work to do to bring your story to life... then we work on your content pillars that are unique to your brand. Because we do this, your socials can come to life and represent your brand and your 'why'. We love doing this ❤️ #socialmediastrategy #humansbehindthebrand #brandstrategy #smallbusinessbrands #brandstory
Here is the final cut without the bloopers of our blind tasting with Suzanne Little, an established winemaker from the Hunter Valley who specialises in emerging varieties like Pecorino, Albarino, Barbera, Sangiovese & Tempranillo🍇. Watch and see if Suzanne can identify her own wines while blindfolded, and enjoy the fun as she navigates through Hunter Valley reds versus South Australian reds - plus a reference to llamas 🦙. All the wines featured in this tasting are available at our Cellar Door in Pokolbin, Hunter Valley. 🍷 https://lnkd.in/gRak8SkU David Hook Wines Margan Wines & Restaurant Hunter Valley Wine & Tourism Association ELY Marketing Elysha Stephens #winehousehuntervalley #australianwineregion #wineexperiences #wineclub #huntervalleywine #huntervalleywineries #nswcellardoors #pokolbinwinemakers #huntervalley #shoplocal #buywineonline #winelovers #wineryexperiences #huntervalleyexperiences

📝 Ripe aromas of plum and exotic hints of five-spice on the nose. This is a distinctly herbal wine that is full-bodied and savory. The oak lends a pleasant structure and compliments the salted licorice, spiced plum and Alpine herbal notes. 🍷 This is the tasting note elaborated by our jury for the selected wine of ROTALIANA Cantina in Mezzolombardo #5StarWines2024 #WineWithoutWalls2024 #5StarWinestheBook #ItalianWine #VinoItaliano

Fine Wines - Fine wine continued to be seen as a safe haven investment. Bordeaux is increasingly seen as “out of favour” with just under a third (27%) of respondents seeing it as the region with the greatest “downside risk” followed by Burgundy (19%), California and Australia (both on 15%) Some of the fine wine professionals predicted a greater interest in the Italian fine wines – in part due to the “overheated Burgundy market”, as many perceived “high-end Barolo and Barbaresco as a ‘the new Burgundy’ when it comes to the top echelon of fine wines. Indeed, Piedmont was identified as the region with the most potential over the coming coming year, with 20% of respondents noting its rise, followed by Champagne (17%), Burgundy (14%), Tuscany (12%) and California (9%). #wine #wines #finewine #finewines #bordeaux #burgundy #bourgogne #vins #vin #California #australianwines #piedmont #piemonte

How do you recognize a Super Tuscan? Despite their exceptional quality, Super Tuscans were initially labeled as a simple country wine - Vino da Tavola - for many years, as they didn't play by Tuscany's traditional rules. But in 1992, they were finally given their quality classification, IGT - Indicazione Geografica Tipica - leading to a surge in their popularity and a massive boost in sales. Sassicaia stands out among the Super Tuscans as it was granted its own DOC (Denominazione di Origine Controllata) in 1994, named Bolgheri Sassicaia DOC. This designation acknowledges it as a unique blend from the Bolgheri region in Tuscany and places it in the high-quality rating, corresponding to the IGT category. Today, Super Tuscans are some of the best-performing wines on the fine wine market. #Tuscany #WineInvestment #FineWine #Grapes #SuperTuscan #Italy #WineMaking #IGT #Merlot #Cabernet

Interesting Pinot Noir tasting It's been a while, but the time had finally come. This time we decided to organize a tasting around Pinot Noir from various interesting regions. Pinot Noir is a versatile, generally cool-climate grape that can often give a good expression of the terroir. Naturally, Pinot Noir is queen in Burgundy, where we can find the very best wines. Martin Schwarz – Spätburgunder-Portugieser 2017 The small region of Saxony is located in deep Germany. Here we find the Martin Schwarz vineyard with 6 hectares of vineyards on the steep slopes along the Saxon Wine Route. Wine management here is completely manual, partly because of the steep slopes. Bernard Rion Beaune 2020 It was in 1896 that the history of Domaine Armelle and Bernard Rion began. It was founded in Vosne Romanée and since then the know-how has been passed on from generation to generation. The 3rd generation of winemakers has now taken over and they are working the 9.5 hectares of vines in the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. https://lnkd.in/eCDF7kBP
