Passionate Insurance Professional - Coach - Trainer, Infusing Bliss in the Industry, Eagerly Anticipating Exciting Endeavors! 🌟 Let's Make Insurance Fun Together! 🎉 | Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 🏝️ #InsuranceAdventure"
👏 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄-𝗨𝗽 𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 🏥 I'm encouraged to see that addressing patient family concerns is being recognized as essential for improving healthcare experiences. It’s refreshing to hear constructive dialogue taking place, focusing on solutions rather than just issues. 👍✨ A big shoutout to Dr. Siti Khadijah, Head of Operations Management and her team for their commitment to tackling these matters head-on. 👏💪 Engaging with families in a respectful and direct manner, while finding common ground even when disagreements arise, is crucial. Moving towards a better environment for patient care is certainly a step in the right direction, and I genuinely appreciate the efforts made to foster that change. 🌈 However, it’s important to note that with every positive effort, there are areas that require improvement. The contrast in leadership styles within the hospital is evident. Ding Geik Ying, as the Associate Director of Nursing, should take this opportunity to step up and apologize for her behavior. 🙌 A simple acknowledgment of mistakes can go a long way in rebuilding trust and demonstrating that it’s okay to admit when we’re wrong, rather than remaining silent. 🤝 Effective leadership should prioritize empathy, communication, and understanding—qualities that are essential for creating a supportive atmosphere for both patients and their families. Together, by encouraging all leaders to embody these values, we can create a healthcare environment that better supports everyone involved. Thank you to those leading the way! 🌟❤️ #PatientCare #HealthcareLeadership #Empathy #Teamwork #PositiveChange #LeadershipDevelopment

Every organization should encourage it’s employees to search out or create communities of practice. Allowing employees to foster relationships with like minded people, whether inside or outside of its organization will lead to the development of ideas and relationships that will pay your organization back with interest. #paramedicine #organization #healthcare

The Importance of “Why” in Healthcare Why is the organization essential to its customers? Why is the employee's role important? Why do we do what we do? Dr. Peggy Duggan of Tampa General Hospital says: Caring for others is our mission. Never lose sight of that, even in times of change and pressure. Reflection and Improvement 🔄 At FHN Memorial Hospital, President Mark Gridley emphasizes: pause, reflect, and adjust. Please review your progress and make necessary changes to ensure safety and quality. Leadership Development🌱 Dr. Aisha Ahmed of Corewell Health talks about investing in your team. Learning and development create strong leaders who drive our culture and retention. Resilience 💪 Resilience is essential. Rise from challenges and bounce back quickly. Reconnect with your purpose and stay focused. Safety Culture 🏥 Everyone has a role in safety. From the leader to the frontline worker, everyone is responsible for providing safe, quality care. Remind yourself of your purpose every day. Reflect on it in everything you do. Safety and quality in healthcare depend on the commitment of professionals. First of all, the question arises: ♻ What does the patient need today? #healthcare #patientsafety #safetyculture #safety #leadership #resilience
