8moBuyer beware. I am a small business owner and have use this product for almost 2 years. They have refused to pay one of my medical bills for 6 months and referred to to a partner Zelis for review. In the interim, the medical provider is going to refer it for collections unless I pay the balance, which is just over $26,000. I am left with no choice, I have to pay because, your credit rating is a reflection of how you conduct business and our customers check these things. Their response was that they could write a letter on my behalf to the credit bureau. Really?? It's also the simple things, like sitting on hold for 20 minuets and being forced to leave a VM. Requesting a call from a "Senior Customer Success Manager" Morgan Mayo and receiving only an email. I am not asking a lot. I just want the service we pay dearly for and a little respect for myself, my family, and all of our employees. There is no dignity in this. I have also written Founder and CEO Will Young, hoping maybe he can intervene and possible get this relationship off the one sided track and back to a two way street. I must say, in the beginning they were amazing. I think they just moved away from their core values.
