🤔 What type of environment are you creating for your employees? 🤔 Today my dad took me out to lunch to celebrate my birthday a few days early. After we finished up, I asked if he wanted to come back and see my office and meet some of my colleagues. He was, as most great fathers would be, excited to swing by and see the office. (Is there such a thing as bring your retired parent to work day?) I did not hesitate or really even think about whether or not he would be welcome or if we would be a disturbance. We have an environment where this kind of thing is welcome and entirely normal. However, I have worked in a few offices over the years where that would not have been the case. I would have been concerned that it would look unprofessional to bring my father to the office or that my boss would have been annoyed at being disturbed during his/her workday. At Ragab Law Firm though? No way, no how. We have a culture of care and support here that is real and entirely intentional. We have worked hard to develop the type of structure and relationships where we know about one another's' lives and genuinely care about one another's well being. No, my coworkers aren't my family, but they do know my family and care about them. Which, in my opinion, is about as good as it gets. Thanks to Sami M. Ragab, Ross Hardin, and Conor OBrien for driving our culture forward every day. 🎉 #ragablawfirm #teamculture #businesslawyer

Apparently, it's “toxic” to say your team is a family... Well, I guess we’re proudly toxic because we’ve got 3 brothers, 2 married couples, and, true to Towner tradition, a whole gaggle of kiddos who join us when school is out. Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hanging out with this gem. She’s 7, whip-smart, hilarious, and giggly. She can blow bubbles with her gum and pull off five back walkovers in a row (which I find incredibly impressive). But what excites me the most about having these littles around is seeing who they become after spending time with us. I never feel frustrated walking into the office to find a donut-covered, chocolate-milk-mustached kid. Honestly, I encourage it. When kids experience a workplace firsthand, they see what work is—how to engage, collaborate, and problem-solve with others. They learn that hard work matters, teamwork counts, and pride comes from a job well done. They see their parents succeed and set an example. In our office, they get exposed to technical jobs, finance, planning, customer service, and more. They see strong women leading teams and experience a culture where backgrounds—whether cultural, gendered, or educational—blend into a harmonious team. There are no glass ceilings at Towner, and that’s a message I want every kid to understand—not just the girls, but the boys too. So, yeah, if calling your company a family makes you “toxic,” then go ahead and color Towner toxic. And I wouldn’t have it any other way. #WorkplaceCulture #FutureLeaders #FamilyAtWork #LeadershipGoals #WomenInLeadership #NextGen #GirlsInStem #ServantLeadership #DiversityAndInclusion #TeamBuilding #InspiringTheNextGen #CorporateFamily #BreakingBarriers #BoysAndGirlsAtWork #EmpoweredTeams

Family truly is the foundation of everything we do. There's nothing quite like the feeling of having your wife by your side, especially when she's not only your life partner but also in business. From brainstorming sessions at the office to time on-site, we're a team and have been since day one. While the challenges may be many, knowing that we're in it together makes every obstacle easier to overcome. Here's to the ones who inspire us to dream big and do more than we may have alone. #generalcontractor #commercialconstruction #arizonarealestate
