A profession that is often misunderstood regarding its purpose. 🌍 Happy HR Day! 🌍 Today, we celebrate the incredible Human Resources professionals who are the heart of every organization. As an HR, it makes me wonder- ARE WE REALLY THAT BAD!? I will not defend HR, but I want to share a bit about what we go through. Yes, I am one of those HR and sometimes it is tough to handle the trolls and jokes especially when they are made to our faces. It hurts but we smile and move on because honestly what else can we do? We often have to fulfill tasks and expectations set by others and they can be quite unrealistic. It's not just about managing others' employment, but we also face challenges in our own careers. People sometimes forget that HR professionals are human too with our own struggles and pressures. So, on this HR Day kindly appreciate the hard work and dedication of HR professionals everywhere.
