In a recent conference I learned that a nonprofit saw a SIGNIFICANT increase in donors when there was a donate lightbox on their homepage/website during a campaign. More than 50% of donors gave using the lightbox versus their regular donation form. Get those lightboxes up people!

Lightboxes should be a standard for any digital fundraising campaign by now. Do they interrupt the website experience? Yes. They're SUPPOSED TO. They work. Plain and simple. I've had clients 2-3x their campaign revenue when adding lightboxes.
