In the fast-paced world of innovation, where every moment counts, there’s a revolutionary approach taking shape at GDMR. Steve Jobs once said, “Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower.” At GDMR, we believe that true innovation flourishes in an environment where the mind is free to wander, dream, and explore. Unlimited holidays are not just about time off; they are a strategic investment in our team’s well-being, unleashing the untapped potential within each individual. In pursuing excellence, GDMR recognizes that creativity is not a linear process confined to office hours. It’s a dynamic force that requires the freedom to ebb and flow, unbridled by conventional constraints. Our team is encouraged to step away, recharge, and return with newfound inspiration, ready to tackle challenges with renewed vigor. Jobs once emphasized connecting the dots in our life’s journey. At GDMR, we understand that those dots may not always align within the confines of a rigid schedule. By providing unlimited holidays, we empower our team to explore the world, embrace diverse experiences, and forge connections that breathe life into their work. In the spirit of Jobs’ pursuit of perfection, GDMR believes that true excellence is born out of a balanced life. Unlimited holidays are not a distraction; they are an essential element of our commitment to nurturing a workforce that is highly skilled and deeply fulfilled. As Jobs famously declared, “Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work.” GDMR encourages its team to define their path to greatness, acknowledging that true satisfaction comes from a harmonious blend of work and life. In the footsteps of a visionary, GDMR invites its team to embrace unlimited holidays not as an indulgence but as a powerful tool for self-discovery and professional growth. Together, we are rewriting the narrative of success, where the journey is as enriching as the destination. In innovation, GDMR is a testament to the belief that true greatness is achieved when the human spirit is liberated, and creativity knows no bounds. Join us on this transformative journey, where unlimited holidays pave the way for a future where innovation thrives and dreams are realized. #unlimitedleaves #gdmr

Clinical Psychologist I Certified Mental Performance Consultant to Founders, Executives, Teams and Pro Athletes I Shift your Mind to Master the Game
Five years ago, I took a leap of faith and opened the doors to the Mental Game Clinic. At the time, I had a vision to create a space where people could grow, overcome their challenges, and thrive in both their personal and professional lives. What I didn’t anticipate was how much we would grow alongside this journey. These five years have been a mix of highs, lows, challenges, and incredible successes. We’ve had the privilege of working with athletes, business professionals, and individuals and watching them achieve their goals, transform their mindsets, and embrace their strengths. We’ve celebrated their wins, big and small, and been there to support them through the setbacks. Here are a few things I’ve learned in the past five years: 1. Growth Happens in the Uncomfortable Moments The moments where we’re stretched, challenged, and unsure are often the times we grow the most. I’ve seen this in my clients, my team, and myself. True growth isn’t about having everything figured out; it’s about showing up and doing the work, even when it’s hard. 2. The Power of a Strong Team I couldn’t have done this alone. I’m so grateful to my team for their dedication, expertise, and passion for the work we do. Together, we’ve created a community of trust and collaboration that I’m so proud of. 3. Consistency Over Perfection If there’s one lesson that stands out, it’s this: you don’t have to be perfect to make an impact. We’ve had our share of trial and error, made adjustments along the way, and kept moving forward. What matters is consistency, the willingness to show up, adapt, and keep moving, no matter what. As we look to the future, we aim to continue empowering our clients to build resilience, achieve their goals, and to maintain our integrated approach. #5YearAnniversary #GrowthMindset #ConsistencyOverPerfection #Gratitude #TheMentalGameClinic

Global Admissions Executive at Study Group | ex Editorial Head at The Placement Cell, DSEC | ex Creative Head at Literary Meditations | Content Writer
“𝗔 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼 𝗥𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲” 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗜𝗜 After finding my groove and making great friends at Study Group including my entire North America Admissions team, some great leaders and few of my personal favourite friends from UK Confirmations, it’s time to move on to the next part of my journey. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝘀𝗵 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿: 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗱𝘀 As the months rolled on, I hit my first "rush hour" moments in corporate life, and let me tell you, it felt just like navigating a packed metro during peak times. Deadlines piled up like commuters crammed into every corner of the metro, while meetings became as frequent as stops along the route. The pressure felt like a metro packed to the brim—everyone jostling for space, each task a challenge that required a careful balance, like finding a secure handhold as the metro swayed and jerked. In those chaotic moments, I realized that corporate life has its own rhythm, the peak time and the easy-fun time, much like the metro’s schedule. Just as you learn to sway with the train rather than fight against it, I discovered the importance of finding my balance amid the hustle but not without certain people. I have to give a shout-out to my managers Vipin Sharma & Ansh Rawat and my team leaders Anam Naved & Komal Dhyani, the unsung heroes of my corporate journey! Even in the whirlwind of deadlines and chaos, they were like the calm conductors steering the metro. Rush hours are inevitable, whether you’re navigating a crowded metro or a busy office, but they bring valuable lessons. They teach you patience, as you wait for the next stop to arrive, and resilience, as you push through the throngs to get where you need to be. So, just like mastering the metro system, I embraced the wild ride of corporate life, knowing that with every rush hour, I was becoming more adept at navigating the journey. Standing your ground while moving forward is key; it’s about staying steady even when the world feels like it’s in a frenzy. Stay with me for the next part! ✨ #corporatelife #journey #studygroup #peaktimes #growth

Yesterday marked a significant turning point in my career journey. I experienced being laid off, joining a lineage of talented individuals who have encountered similar emotions. The process of reflecting on this transition has been profound. It reminds me that dedication to an organization doesn't always equate to reciprocal commitment. While I understand the business aspect, it's essential to acknowledge the personal impact. Recalling countless late nights and early mornings spent striving to excel, I immersed myself in tasks, preparing my team diligently. There were periods of working seven days a week, driven by a profound belief in our mission. Moments like whispering "one more hour" turned into extended stays, epitomizing my commitment. Enduring severe illness during my initial months, attending IV infusions daily while never taking a break, showcased my unwavering dedication. Even during critical personal health moments, like undergoing surgery in 11/2022, I found myself sending emails en route to the operating room. Post-surgery, my immediate instinct was to ensure my team's stability, responding to inquiries from my hospital bed. Ignoring my recovery timeline to return to work prematurely, solely to support my team, underscores the personal sacrifices made. While comprehending the decision's business rationale, the profound personal impact can't be disregarded. It's a reminder of the intricate balance between professional commitment and personal well-being. #CareerJourney #ProfessionalReflections #PersonalGrowth
