3moI am writing this to Sandisk/ WD team since i have not got any response from their after sales team on replacement of my product. I had purchased sandisk USB Dual drive on January 2024 which specifies 5 years of warranty. The device stopped working within four months. I had enquired for a replacement but have not got any proper response from the team yet. I was assisted by WD Tech Support Team Snigdha Senapati who confirmed that i will be getting RMA pre mailer copy for replacement procedure within 72 hrs from the date of registration of the complaint, Case #: 8044336 | Reference #: 240402-003398. However it has been over 10 days and no such mail is received. I will never recommend anyone to purchase products from WD/Sandisk as they have poor and disappointing after sales service. This is a flash drive for which i am writing. I feel for the consumers who are facing issues by investing hard earned money on high end products of this brand and then receive this kind of service. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
