We hear it A LOT: “Yes, I am interested in the job, but don’t want to apply during the holidays because of x, y, and z.” Don’t have this mentality! If you are serious about landing a new role in the new year, don’t put off your job search until January. Hiring is a year round process and continuing your job search during the holiday season is good for a number of reasons: 1. Hiring processes can be long (depending on the company), so start early. 2. It’s an ideal time to network - send a card & suggest a coffee in the new year. 3. Less competition. Fewer applicants per posting = better odds for you. 4. Hiring managers may be motivated to fill headcount by year end. We have MANY roles to help fill between now and early 2024. Take a look at our openings for technicians below, and head to our website to see a comprehensive list of project management, sales, operations and engineering roles. https://lnkd.in/graB8V9p Atlanta, GA - BAS Technician Charleston, SC - Programming Technician Charleston, SC - BAS Technician Charlotte, NC - BAS Technician Cincinnati, OH - Technician Cleveland, OH - BAS Technician Columbia, SC - Programming Technician Columbus, OH - BAS Technician Greenville, SC - Programming Technician Los Angeles, CA - Technician Manassas, VA - Critical Facilities Controls Technician Miami, FL - BAS Technician Myrtle Beach, SC - Programming Technician Omaha, NE - Critical Facilities Controls Technician (contract) Portland, OR - Field Programmer / Specialist Portland, OR - Technician Raleigh, NC - BAS Technician Salt Lake City, UT - Technical Solutions Specialist San Diego, CA - Technician Seattle, WA - Service Technician Wilmington, NC - BAS Technician #buildingautomation #energymanagement #hvaccontrols #nowhiring #BAStechnician #jobsearch #Siemens #JohnsonControls #Tridium #Alerton #Trane #AutomatedLogic #DistechControls #ABB #DeltaControls #Honeywell #SchneiderElectric #KMCcontrols #ReliableControls #Niagara4

It's not just 30 days, 30 weeks, or 30 months... it's 30 uninterrupted years at the same organization. Humbly proud of what I have achieved until here… A long journey of work and learning, but also several accomplishments. Starting the career as an Engineering Intern at Repairs Shop, and then working as Survey Technician, Service Technician, Technical Support Technician, Software Developer (England), Automation Specialist (England), Controls & Instrumentation Specialist, Technical Coordinator, Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Business Manager, Strategic Account Manager, and currently as Subject Matter Expert. And as if it wasn't enough, it was at the place of work where I very first met my wife. I am thankful for Brazil, where I have spanned most of my career and where I had most chance to learn, but also England, where I worked at the group’s headquarters’s for 1 year (over 2 decades ago), and now just over 1 year in Canada, a team that embraced me, a place where I am having chance to learn about new processes and applications from my experienced colleagues and leaders, and a country where I intend to stay indefinitely. And I am grateful to take part of the purpose to create sustainable value for all our stakeholders as we engineer a more efficient, safer and sustainable world. #decarbonization #netzero #netzerocarbon #sustainability #steam #learnaboutsteam #energysaving #processproductivity #cem #electrification #certifiedenergymanager #engineeringwithpurpose #purpose #spiraxsarco
