This follows a bond buyback program that saw lackluster results, with only ₹12,581 crore in bids accepted out of a combined offer of ₹100,000 crore. Letlole Profits To Surge by at least 25% Variable rate loan stock, Letlole La Rona (LLR), has informed its unitholders that it is currently finalising its unaudited results for the period ending 31 December 2023. The company says it expects profit before tax (from continuing operations) for the period to be between 25 percent and 35 percent (between P12.0 million and P17.4 million) higher than the prior year's profit before tax of P49.7 million. According to LLR, the increase is mainly driven by revenue growth, fair value gains on its investment property portfolio on the back of high occupancies, and the strong performance of associate investments. Having acquired an additional 25 percent shareholding in JTTM Properties in October last which increased its shareholding to 57.79 percent, LLR has announced that it will be presenting its first set of group consolidated financial results this year.

It is an expense or non cash expenditure-depreciation is a type of expense which does not show impact on cash . Dep is calculated every year .every year dep must be shown . 10 year-10000 p.y(furniture value ) 1yr=10000/10=1000(value reduced ) Most known methods are of two types 1] slm(straight line method)n the Straight-Line Method (SLM), an equal amount of depreciation is written off every year. 2] wdv(written down value method )-uses a fixed percentage to calculate the depreciation of an asset every year. It is also known as the 'Reducing Installment Method' or the 'Diminishing Balance Method'.
