The company was establishing a Global Captive Center and I decided to move and join other Sanofians in the lovely city of Budapest. It proved to be such an incredible experience, in an amazing European capital. And not only did I participate in different initiatives with the Digital A2R Team 💻 I've joined, but I've also had the opportunity to lead, as a stretch assignment, the implementation of a major pilot project in Asia. ❕❕❕ You know what comes along with stretch projects in Sanofi? Great learning. 📚📚📚 Professional and personal growth. But not only that. Visibility, recognition, and more opportunities. For me, this translated into being promoted to Product Owner role, and taking over the responsibility of implementing the same tool globally.
