It’s Whisper®, but in a new formulation for outdoor acoustic cladding applications of noise barrier walls in direct sound fields, pre-tested to European acoustic ratings. With a mass of less than 1kg/m2 Whisper® NBO-40-A3 is a great alternative to heavy mineral wool, silica, and wood/concrete absorption materials, or a viable option for retrofit, replacement of damaged fill materials, upgrading, or converting reflective retaining walls into high performance absorptive surfaces. The UV and impact resistant Whisper® NBO-40-A3 is durable, tested to exceed 50 years in outdoor conditions including freeze/thaw, road salt, and water exposure.
