𝚃𝚘𝚡𝚒𝚌 𝚆𝚘𝚛𝚔 𝙴𝚗𝚟𝚒𝚛𝚘𝚗𝚖𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚜.. We're all familiar with the awful workplaces overseen by the likes of 𝗠𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗹𝘆 and 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘁𝘁. How about we pay you and you take an extra day off to recharge? This day would not be withdrawn from your standard pool of paid time off. How about we put all our work aside in the whole company? Yes, please! 🥰 Today is my first “Wellness Day” at Dynatrace. I intend to spend it with my dog and friends, enjoying a walk in a forest ❤️🌳 Adding 4 Wellness Days in a year (one per quarter), together with my standard pool of PTO, makes 30 days off within a year! 🤩 Isn’t that nice? 😊 It’s not the first time I experience a benefit of additional days off. I was previously working in another company that had slightly different rules. Back then, at Arla Foods Gdańsk, we were awarded additional day off each year of employment until our 5th anniversary and we were keeping those days forever 😄 That way an employee hired for 5 years or more landed with 5 PTOs more❤️- Celina Górska would be the best person to correct me if I am wrong 😊 Nice or nice?👌 There are plenty of possibilities when it comes to additional paid days off. Unlimited PTOs for example. A legendary benefit. What is REALLY important though, is to know: ✔️ the needs and preferences of your employees as well as the needs and preferences of the candidates you want to attract ✔️which solution would add up to your employees engagement ✔️what company culture you want to build and develop ✔️what is possible in terms of the budget and business continuity This is why more and more companies invest in People Analytics teams and infrastructure. I can assure you, that we can answer all above questions with a little bit of data 😊📊 Having said that… I am logging off! Have a wonderful weekend! ❤️ A. #peopleanalytics #benefits #enployeeenagagement #wellnessday #dynatracelife

THE CHALLENGE OF THE ATTENTION A notable challenge that hotel companies must face today is related to younger employees, who belong to a generation that has grown up in a context with high attentional overstimulation and making them feel that the product, service and guests are the three highest priority attentionally significant stimuli during their workday. #neuroleadershiptraining,#customerexperiencedesigntraining

Hello friends family and acquaintances today is NATIONAL TAKE BACK THE LUNCH BREAK DAY | June 24! On June 24 each year, North American workers celebrate National Take Back the Lunch Break Day to promote worker happiness and productivity. There’s been an increasing trend to take less frequent and shorter lunch breaks, affecting employee morale and well-being. According to Gallup, only one in three employees are engaging at work. Because engagement affects productivity, happiness and job satisfaction, employees and employers across North America need to step up to the plate – the lunch plate that is! According to a 2017 study commissioned by Tork, an Essity brand, employees who take lunch breaks are more likely to report being efficient at work and satisfied with their jobs. The survey reveals that nearly 90 percent of employees consider the ability to take a lunch break critical when accepting a new job. However, once they are on the job, the average lunch break is less than 30 minutes for more than half of North American workers – barely enough time to purchase a meal, let alone enjoy it. That is why Tork created National Take Back the Lunch Break Day to help improve workplace morale, satisfaction, and productivity across North America. #TakeBackLunch #dallasharristips

Ever felt like juggling too much at once, with no way to stretch the time? I can relate as I've been experiencing multiple transitions recently: embracing a new HRIS, adapting to revised work roles, pursuing studies, engaging with Exness rebranding and celebrating our 15th anniversary, all while moving to a new place. Here's my survival kit for intense times: 1. Purpose. Understand why you're doing what you're doing. 2. Prioritisation. Focus on what's crucial. Eliminate the rest. 3. Basic needs. Sleep, eat well, and exercise. What are your survival strategies when life turns up the pace?

Whether you're traveling to new destinations, enjoying staycations, or simply taking a break to recharge, we hope this summer brings you happiness and rejuvenation. While summer is a time for fun and relaxation, it's also a season that can present unique challenges for businesses and employees alike. Here are a few tips to navigate some potential issues: 1. Managing Time Off Requests: Summer is a popular time for taking holiday, which means managing time off requests can be tricky. Ensure fair and transparent processes for approving leave to maintain team morale and operational efficiency. 2. Maintaining Productivity: With many team members taking breaks, it's essential to have a plan in place to keep projects on track. Cross-training employees and having clear handover procedures can help maintain productivity. 3. Flexible Working Arrangements: Consider offering flexible working hours or remote work options to accommodate summer schedules. This can help employees balance work and leisure more effectively. 4. Well-being and Work-Life Balance: Encourage your team to truly disconnect and recharge during their time off. Promote a healthy work-life balance to enhance overall well-being and long-term productivity. 5. Seasonal Hiring Needs: For businesses that experience increased demand during the summer, timely recruitment and onboarding are crucial. Our team had a blast at Monmouth University’s Employee Wellness Fair last week! It was really rewarding to see how excited employees were when we shared about our benefits/customer service team. In addition, we set up a 'trail mix' bar to encourage healthy snacking. We even came across a few people who were really appreciative of having this snack instead of their usual ‘chips’ or ‘candy’. Did you know that eating healthy at work can lead to increased energy levels, improved concentration, and enhanced productivity throughout the day? Additionally, making nutritious food choices can support overall well-being, reduce the risk of chronic diseases, and contribute to a positive work environment by promoting employee health and morale. What kinds of healthy snacks do you bring with you for your workday?
