I am thrilled to share the details of my recent internship experience at Feynn Labs, guided by the mentorship of Mr. Sanjay Basumatary. During this internship, I had the opportunity to work on a project that provided valuable insights into both the Indian Electric Vehicle market and the online vehicle booking industry. 1. Market Analysis of the Indian Electric Vehicle Market This project aimed to explore and segment the EV market in India using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and K-Means clustering. Our objective was to identify distinct clusters of electric vehicles based on attributes such as top speed, range, and efficiency. Additionally, we applied regression analysis to predict the financial value of EVs based on these features. The findings highlighted the strengths and positioning of various brands, with Tesla and Porsche leading in high-performance segments, while brands like Nissan and Hyundai focused on affordability and efficiency. 2. Analysis of the Online Vehicle Booking Market: Ola vs. Uber In this project, we performed a sentiment analysis on customer reviews to evaluate the strengths and areas of improvement for two major players in the online vehicle booking market, Ola and Uber. By analyzing a vast dataset of customer feedback, we gained insights into common complaints and positive aspects, helping both companies understand consumer expectations and refine their services. These projects have significantly enriched my understanding of market segmentation, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making. I am deeply grateful to Mr. Sanjay Basumatary for his invaluable guidance throughout this journey. His mentorship was instrumental in navigating complex data sets and deriving meaningful conclusions. I look forward to applying the skills and knowledge gained from this experience to future endeavors and contributing to data-driven strategies in the automotive and transportation industries.
