A quick game plan you can start TODAY if you only want to hit the gym only 3x per week !! So you just started going to the gym, and want to start out with just 3 days?? I gotchu. Starting to go to a new gym or just a gym period can be overwhelming, but it’s possible. The #1 key is volume. - Start with full body workouts. This let’s you hit most if not all muscle groups in a whole workout multiple times per week. - Space out the workouts! Do not just do them Monday - Wednesday and that’s it. Your body needs a break in between sessions especially if you are doing full body workouts. - Get those steps in - Spring is almost here, so the weather will be warming up giving you an even better reason to get outside and get some extra movement in throughout the week! - Nutrition - Okay this one needs to happen everyday. I’m sorry you cannot do this one just 3x per week lol - Start by eating protein at every meal.
