👉Job Duties:
-Planning and scheduling appointments and alert manager about cancelations or new meetings.
-Responsible for organizing of internal and external meetings on behalf of the Direct Manager ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g., meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas.
-Writing and distributing minutes of meetings and action points to all members post meeting.
-Monitor and respond to incoming communications (including complaints) to Direct Manager’s office including phone calls, emails and walk ins, ensuring correct department distribution.
-Drafting and writing high quality reports and presentations, as required by the Direct Manager.
-Responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate effectiveness and efficiency for the entire organization.
-Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions.
-Ensures the smooth running of the Direct Manager Office operations and time management.
-Organize and maintain correspondence and records, follows up on pending matters.
-Providing high quality and professional office hospitality to visitors.
-Responsible for all the filing works that matters to her/his direct manager.
-Arrange travel through internal or outside agents if needed.
👉Job Requirements
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree from a relevant field of education.
Experience:
-Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible secretarial and administrative -work experience and providing support to senior and/or executive level management.
-Preference will be given to candidates with Real estate and/ or Construction experience.
Languages:
Fluent English Skills (Mandatory).

-Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate with others a must.
-Demonstrate excellent organization and administrative skills.
-Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate effectively with all company employees and departments.
