At SalesRoads, we’re committed to pushing boundaries and finding innovative ways to get our team the best quality data. As we dive deeper into the Clay Cohort sessions, it's gotten my cogs turning with powerful ideas to enhance our research capabilities for our SDRs. We’re already leveraging the powerful integration between Clay and Smartlead to create a more personalized email approach that aligns with our calling efforts. Our current challenge, though, is the lack of a native integration between Clay and our CRM, Vanillasoft. While this presents some limitations, it’s also sparking creative solutions. For instance, we’ve discussed the potential of setting up an API connection such that, if an SDR needs additional contact information, they could result the lead with something like, "Needs More Research" in Vanillasoft. With the API connection, this result could trigger an automatic import into Clay, allowing our research team to enrich the data more quickly with this powerful tool- an exciting possibility as we continue to refine our processes!
