I'd love someone to tell my children the importance of my self care, 😆 I jest, but I do a pretty good job of managing the work life balance element, shutting off from work to spend time in my personal life. However with young children and a full time job the self care component always seems to take a back seat to the parenting component in the life balance side of the equation. An ongoing challenge that I am working to manage.
