It has always been fashionable to talk about the death of the pharma sales rep. I’ve certainly been part of a few panels on that topic (hello James Harper!) The rep’s resilience is strong, almost iconic. It’s not going away. But one thing’s for sure - it’s going to change. One key change is how reps and MSLs work together.
