Can art and creativity boost Innovation? Absolutely! Art & Creativity helps to overcome mental blocks and other assumptions that might limit your problem-solving potential. The "un-blocking" phase does not require tech-skills. Art can be used as a tool - the creativity that surrounds the art-acts involves the ability to generate original, valuable, and meaningful ideas/concepts or solutions through a process of imaginative thinking and problem-solving, leading to potential new possibilities. So this is my art - 1' minute of an 16-hour freehand drawing & painting based on a charcoal Martin Fierro story (Argentinian book). No techniques applied... just a free inspired soul! I’ve come to appreciate the difficulties of human interaction much like a painter appreciates the nuances of color on a canvas. In my professional journey, I have encountered a diverse array of people, each painting their unique masterpiece on life’s canvas. Just as in art, where colors create a captivating harmony, I’ve found that resonating with like-minded colleagues and clients improves our collective impact. Collaboration becomes akin to blending shades on a palette, creating vibrant partnerships that boost our work to new heights. Yet, I’ve also learned that a few clashes of perspective are unavoidable, much like contrasting colors challenging our artistic vision. However, just as skilled artists adapt and blend contrasting shades to create depth and richness, in our professional lives, embracing mixed viewpoints fosters innovation and growth. It’s through these colorful interactions that we expand our horizons, enriching both our work and our understanding of the world. So let’s continue to paint professional journeys with bold strokes of collaboration, embracing the variety of thought that enriches collective masterpieces. Together, let’s create a canvas filled with brilliance, harmony, and endless possibilities. #ProfessionalHarmony #DiversityInThought #CollaborativeSuccess

✨ The most fascinating thing about painting is how a plain, empty canvas can turn into almost anything you can imagine just by the use of a few colours. ✨ 𝘼𝙧𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙪𝙧. It shows you the depth and versatility of colours; the endless options of shades you can create just by using a few primary colours. 🎨 It manifests the power of having a solid baseline, of flexibility, of being daring, of making errors and trying new things - because in the world of art nothing is right or wrong. 🖌️ It teaches you #patience, to #strategize your creation piece by piece, finishing one part before proceeding to the next one, but being #agile along the way, not afraid to #improvise when needed. “𝐀𝐫𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐰𝐚𝐲.” – 𝐄𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐇𝐮𝐛𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐝 #EmpowerYourCreativity #CreativeProcess #DareToCreate

Unlocking your potential is a journey, not a sprint. For the past 3.5 years, I've committed just a minute a day to my passion: sketching. The progress over the last year speaks volumes, showing a remarkable leap in the quality of my paintings. Here's my secret: I aim to be just 1% better with each painting I do. For me it's a very strong reminder that it's not about innate talent; it's about consistent practice. Witnessing this transformation, I can't help but be motivated to keep going. I may not have started with a natural talent for painting, but I've proven that dedication and daily effort pave the way for incredible growth. Each painting I do reinforces my belief that any skill no matter how hard can be learned if you are consistent (Interested in my art? check my insta handle: rikith_reddy_art) #ArtisticEvolution #WatercolorJourney #DailySketching #GrowthThroughArt #BrushworkMagic #ConsistentCraft #ProgressNotPerfection #ColorfulCanvas #ArtInspiration #ArtisticMilestones #CreativeConsistency #ArtisticLeap #BrushAndJoy #WatercolorWonders #BrushToBetter #ArtisticPersistence #DailyArtWins #ArtisticAchievement #HappinessInArt #PaintingProgress

Creative Process | 48 x 48 | Oil on Canvas In this piece I invite viewers to delve into the profound value embedded within what might be initially seem insignificant. This painting features a heavily textured crumpled paper ball - a familiar, everyday object often discarded without a second thought. Through burst of color variations and layers of texture, the paper ball serves as a metaphor for how one idea can give birth to another. Each crumpled, discard notion is not an end buy a seed for new thoughts and possibilities. "Creative Process" celebrates the overlooked and undervalued, urging us to recognize the significance of each stage in bringing ideas to life. By embracing these discarded moments, we uncover the beauty and value of how ideas evolve and inspire, reflecting creativity's ever-growing and interconnected nature.

Brushstokes & Blunders (oh yes I am good at it ) What Painting is Teaching Me as a Designer. So, I took up painting: it's way harder than it looks! As a designer, I thought I knew color and texture, but painting? Totally lost my game. me, staring at a blank canvas, thinking, "Now what?" Turns out, there's no undo button. Every mistake is just... modern art. Patience? Required. imperfections? Essential. Each stroke is a creative workout and a lesson in humility. #Design #Creativity #ArtAndDesign

Experimenting with different rendering skills The aspect of painting that I always enjoy is rendering the work because, once the basic groundwork—that is, the initial sketching and color blocking—is completed, I just go blindly and use muscle memory to finish the rest of the painting, though occasionally my subconscious will peek in to see if things are going as planned. That is the nature of the work : rendering a piece requires long long hours of work. Rendering a character in surrealism has always been a thing for me because of the artist, Hardy Fowler whom I regularly follow for this skills in making astounding concept art and character designs, following his steps I tried to capture his rendering skills in this character design below. And looking forward to make more piece like this #characterdesign #concept #conceptart #game #gameart #design #digitalpainting #digitalart

www.boyenhaddin.com Imagine you’re an artist, standing in front of a blank canvas. Every brushstroke you make is an action, a decision that shapes the final masterpiece. If you’re splashing vibrant colors, you'll create a lively scene; if you’re using muted tones with hesitant strokes, the painting might reflect uncertainty or gloom. Now think of your life as that canvas. The actions you’re taking today—your daily habits, your mindset, the risks you’re willing to embrace—are the brushstrokes of your existence. If you're putting in the effort to learn, to connect with others, and to step outside your comfort zone, you'll craft a life that’s rich and fulfilling. But if you’re merely going through the motions, responding to life’s demands without intention, your canvas will likely end up drab and uninspired. So, take a step back and look at the palette of your current actions. Are you using bold colors that reflect passion, or are you stuck in a gray comfort zone? The results you want to see tomorrow are being drawn today by the choices you make now. It's your masterpiece—paint it with purpose! #Boyenhaddin #LifeAsArt #CreateYourMasterpiece #BrushstrokesOfLife #ColorYourWorld #LiveWithPurpose #MindfulLiving #EmbraceChange #DesignYourDestiny #ArtOfLiving #DailyDecisions #VibrantLife #StepOutsideYourComfortZone #IntentionalActions #LifeCanvas #PaintYourPath #Inspiration #Motivation #ChooseJoy #TransformYourLife #BeTheArtist #LifeInColor #BoldChoices #MasterpieceInProgress
