Winning season - for my clients. 2024 real estate is rumored to be one of the more challenging real estate markets. Everywhere I turn, we’re able to find wins or maybe it’s been creating wins. This summer has been what I like to refer to as the season of winning second chances. Most of the sellers I’m representing are people who worked with other agents to try selling their homes last year, weren’t successful, and approached me to try again this year. So far, we’ve been able to assist them not only achieve selling their homes, but with all more favorable outcomes than they expected. Sometimes it’s been for more money, a quicker closer, and even being able to sell it before we hit the market. Has it been challenging? Maybe. But helping people in their winning season will never get old. My win? Getting to serve our community while also having more quality time with my favorite girl. It maybe a different market right now, but I’m really growing to love the ever changing market.
