Do you really have to worry about looking like a 'job hopper' in #MedicalAffairs or #pharma? Most likely, the answer is no. Hiring managers almost always can detect when candidate's moves are soley based on compensation alone. That's usually a red flag to them. Last week's poll revealed what you think! Almost 50% of you believe that waiting to leave at the 2-3 year mark is key. Another 22% say leave when you are ready to leave. 17% say give it 1-2 years. 14% feel like 3+ years is optimal.
