Our 2022 Palm Report has been published! 🎉 This is the first time we've shared an anonymised UK market-level report on the current status of palm oil certification and use within retail supply chains. The report represents an annual collective assessment of the palm oil used within the supply chains of 9 retail companies across the UK. 🏪 Key findings include: ✅ The percentage of RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) segregated volumes in food products has increased from 68% to 90% since 2017 🔎 Transparency of the first importer of the palm products into Europe was 89% in 2022 ⚠ Only 58% of suppliers engaged were aware of the upcoming EU/UK due diligence requirements Read the full report here: https://lnkd.in/eSzDutvB
