This is an example of extending useful benefits to the force!! Now, getting (junior enlisted) service members to see the benefit and use it will be an implementation hurdle. I'd love to see the numbers for LinkedIn usage by grade/rank/tenure. There's surely opportunity to build this into the various leadership academies across branches but also for those doing TAPS courses at a year out.
