It tests & assesses attitude, aptitude, ability to coach & breaks down their real key drivers, motivators, traits, behaviours, strengths, weaknesses as well as their level of emotional intelligence, whilst rec-training them in the specifics you need for the role/s you're recruiting for. The 7 Day Recruiter Academy consists of 7 consecutive, daily 1-1 live Teams/Zoom sessions lasting up to 2 hours each. The content is tailored to the role & industry the client is recruiting for (BD, 180, 360, Acc. Man.). Sessions include time-sensitive tasks requiring a lot of prep work, role-plays, knowledge building, Q&A & presentation sessions to name a few. A full breakdown of the candidates' performance with an independent review & assessment is presented to the client with recommendations. The 7 Day Recruiter Academy digs deep to assess the suitability of Trainees whilst preparing, training & coaching them for the role. It enables candidates to make a smooth transition into the role with clear expectations of what it will demand. In addition to The Recruiter Academy process, a full candidate sourcing service is available to clients who don’t have the time or the internal resources to do so or where it’s really proving a struggle. We don’t rely on adverts, we reach out to the market directly to source the right candidates for each client. Candidates are exclusive to each client until the interview process is completed.
