We work relentlessly across social media & educational bodies to find the right people you’re looking for. I qualify every potential candidate by phone to assess key drivers & communication skills. If I’m satisfied with the call, I invite the candidate to The Recruiter Academy; live, daily 1-1 sessions of interactive & intensive recruitment training & coaching, bespoke in design to match the skills & industry knowledge you need for the roles you are specifically recruiting for (180, 360, BD, Account Management etc). Sessions last a minimum of 7 days. Throughout the whole Academy process, I’m testing & assessing an individual’s aptitude, drivers, traits & behaviours as to their suitability for a recruitment career. Any doubt & their journey on The Recruiter Academy comes to an end. We can discuss specific Academy content when we organise a conversation. Academy sessions last up to 2 hours & require Academy candidates to take part in time-sensitive tasks, multiple role-plays (phone & f2f) plus key info learning/Q&A/presentations to be prepared for & completed with myself daily. If candidates are working, I expect them to fit The Academy process in before & after work, no exceptions. Each candidate MUST pass every part of The Academy process to successfully pass The Academy, no exceptions. On successfully completing The Recruiter Academy & ensuring a candidate is the right fit for your role, market & culture which we’ll discuss when initially engaging, that’s when the candidate will come & meet you & your team for a half day or full day to ensure the fit is right for both parties. All Academy candidates forwarded to you will be exclusive to you until the hiring process for each candidate is complete with your company. 40% of candidates fail The Recruiter Academy – I take the attrition, so your business doesn’t.
