🌟 Meet our employees 🌟 Meet Leticia Ferrante Do Amaral who joined JOST Umeå for 5,5 years ago and is working as a Material Planner at our plant in Brännland. Can you describe what you do in your role? - My most important tasks in my role are to send purchase orders and delivery plans to the suppliers, survey potential shortages and take actions to avoid them, assuring the factory has the raw materials necessary for production in safe time, among others. What do you enjoy most about your work? - What I enjoy the most about my work is the work environment, the team-work dynamics, the synergy, the high energy and the cooperation mindset are tangible. My colleagues are the best and our department feels like a family, I feel safe and I know I will always have help and back up when I need. Also getting to know amazing people, all over the company, in other departments is very fun, I enjoy the same team-work attitude and cooperation with other departments. How would you describe JOST Umeå as a workplace with three words? - Cooperation, engagement and fun!

Some days at the factory are truly challenging, especially when unexpected issues arise, like last week. Everything was running smoothly until, right in the middle of the afternoon shift, our packaging machine — which processes about 2,000 products per hour — suddenly stopped working. The situation was critical: we couldn’t afford any delays, but we also didn’t want to compromise on quality. We all knew stopping wasn’t an option, so without wasting a moment, each team began adjusting their tasks to keep the flow as steady as possible. At PENGUIN WAX PRO IBERICA the maintenance team worked tirelessly to repair the machine, while others manually adjusted certain processes to avoid any impact on quality or delivery times. Even a few colleagues who had finished their shifts volunteered to stay and lend a hand. In the end, we managed to fulfill the order without compromising our quality standards. That day, we learned that beyond any unexpected challenges, the real difference lies in our ability to adapt quickly and in everyone’s commitment to collective success. Sometimes, a machine may stop, but it’s the team’s dedication that keeps everything moving forward #FactoryLife #Teamwork #Adaptability #ProblemSolving #ProductionChallenges #CommitmentToQuality #BehindTheScenes #ManufacturingSuccess #TeamEffort

Here’s a truth 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴 about the service industry: It's the people who make the business, not just the services offered. Everyone: 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗩𝗮𝗻𝘂. Our story at Cleancorp is built on individuals like Vanu—people who aren't just filling a role but are the heartbeat of our operations. Like Vanu, each team member is crucial—not just for the work they do but for the energy and personality they bring. For us? We don't just see uniforms, or “just cleaners”—we see people. People who bring their essence to every task. Vanu's warm smile? It's more than polite—it's part of our identity, our brand voice on site. Each and every single team member, from our cleaners, like Vanu right through to our CEO, Lisa Macqueen, each are more than their roles; they are what makes Cleancorp, Cleancorp. So, next time you step into a space serviced by us, or your own commercial cleaning company. Remember that the cleanliness you’re enjoying comes from more than just effort—it’s brought to life by the joy and dedication of people like Vanu.

Great value added to another business thanks to Steve. Highly recommend any business to speak to Steve about their energy procurement!
◉ Commercial Utilities Consultant ◉ Business Energy Specialist ◉ Preferred Supplier to Scottish Care
What a great way to start the working week - I received this testimonial from Nichola Cameron at Mongoose Plastics Limited who had a bit of an odeal with a previous, unscrupulous broker. it took time to get them out of that situation but all's well now. Welcome to the Focus family Nichola. "We had a challenging experience with a previous broker and provider, and Steve Wilson was instrumental in helping us navigate through that situation on multiple occasions. He worked tirelessly to find us a new provider and was completely upfront and transparent about his charges from the start. Steve provided an excellent service and made the entire process as smooth as possible. On top of his professionalism, he's a genuinely nice guy to work with. Highly recommend!"

We believe trust is earned through hard work, determination, and making the impossible happen. Our teams across the country work tirelessly to exceed our customers' expectations every single day. Often when this occurs, customers will take the time out of their day to express their gratitude with our team members. 🎉🎥 We are excited to share another "Earning Trust" story with you all – from our local Charlotte, NC team. What Happened: When a global packaging company faced a pallet emergency and needed heat-treated remanufactured pallets quickly, our local Charlotte team sprang into action. In under 24 hours they were able to build the remanufactured pallets from scratch, heat-treat them, and get them out the door. Our team’s response ensured that the customer was able to meet their crucial export deadlines and ship their products internationally without a delay. Hear directly from our local Pallet Expert and General Manager, Mike, who played a key role in ensuring this successful delivery. Watch the video below! 👇

Meet Salma, Atefeh, Taylor and Paula. These Michelin employees collaborated brilliantly to deliver quality assurance and improve the employee experience. When the Michelin plant in Pictou, Nova Scotia needed to upgrade one of their machine’s laser measurement system, Salma, a new Michelin employee and recent engineering graduate, was intrigued with the project. She wanted to learn the laser system program and approached her manager, Paula to show her interest. Paula encouraged Salma to talk to the project leader, Atefah with her request. Salma was hesitant at first, as she was a newer employee, but was quickly reassured by Atefah. She welcomed Salma and encouraged her to learn and work on the system. She told her to not be afraid to make changes, even if it meant making mistakes. While working on this project Salma interacted with Taylor, the operator of the machine. She asked for Taylor’s input and made adjustments based on her feedback. They worked together to find the best solution for everyone. Salma was invigorated by this project. She states: “The experience was full of people who cared: a manager who cared for my development and wanted to see me doing something I enjoyed, an engineer who cared about the greater good of the shop and that the shop had the support it needed, and most of all, an operator who cared about doing her job as best as she could. All of these things inspired me to want to do more.” To join a team where you can collaborate with others and grow your skills and competencies, visit careers.michelin.ca for more details. #MichelinCareers #strongertogether
