🚧 Major Progress on Our Woolwich HMO Project! 🚧 In this Week 2 update, I break down what we’ve achieved so far: 🔨 3-Metre Extension: Foundation laid and the manhole moved for the extension. The concrete’s in, and it’s taking shape! 🙌 🏠 Room Expansions: We resized a sitting area to meet HMO standards, now at 7 sqm. Not only that, but we also splitted the old bathroom to create en-suite for two rooms. Knocked down walls to maximize space, including a new ensuite for the top floor’s biggest room! 💡 Electrical Work: We started installing cables for lighting and bathrooms, working from the top down.
