LinkedIn has become a forum to share tips and tricks for how "not to be". As employers, we're reminded often how high the bar is, as employees we're constantly measured; by ourselves, and by our colleagues, both in and outside of our talent pools. This week has been a great reminder for me that when we look to our organizations for leadership, we can often find solutions that are solid, foundational, and full of mentorship. Without seeking negative input, we can find paths to success. If you're having a hard time with socials, remember "why" you chose your path, your company, and your leaders. Remember why you wanted to dig in and choose the challenge you're facing now.
