In early 2023, AMO partnered with the «Captains’ Training» project, conducted by The Ukrainian Armed Forces Territorial Defense Command and the Come Back Alive Foundation. «Captains’ Training» is a training course for military leaders in Ukraine, developed based on NATO standards. Course participants are the combat officers whose effectiveness determines the performance of units and the preservation of defenders' lives. The project has already demonstrated impressive results. In 2023, five courses were conducted, and over 500 officers graduated. Overall, the training has positively impacted the effective engagement of over 50,000 Ukrainian military personnel in combat. We support «Captains’ Training» because this project can serve as an example and catalyst for global changes in the military education system, which is the foundation for the strength and defense of Ukraine. Believe in the Armed Forces of Ukraine! Believe in Ukraine! Together to victory 🇺🇦

Visit from the CDS Gen Eyre and the Canadian Army Sergeant Major CWO Robin to OSH Latin America and the Caribbean. Operational support hubs Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) operations abroad are enabled by operational support hubs (OSH) that exist through a series of pre-negotiated arrangements with partner nations to facilitate the movement of personnel, materiel, equipment and supplies in strategic locations around the world. OSHs: -are not military bases -allow the CAF to move people, materiel, equipment and supplies around the world allow the CAF to respond to crises like natural disasters in a timely way -offer fast, flexible and cost-efficient ways to launch and sustain global operations -can be activated or de-activated as needed

Material Codification with NATO DIANA: A New Dimension of Military Consultancy Material innovations accelerated by NATO DIANA are expanding the scope of military consultancy. As military consultants, we now need to be knowledgeable not only in tactics and strategy, but also in material coding and logistics processes. Materials coded with NATO Stock Numbers (NSNs) offer full interoperability and rapid supply capabilities among allied forces. This is vital for the success of operations. As military consultants, we must understand the importance of material Codification, leverage platforms like NATO DIANA, and lead this transformation in the defense industry. #NATODIANA #materialcodification #NATOstocknumber #defenselogistics #militaryconsultancy #innovation #digitaltransformation
