Cohesion doesn’t happen overnight. When our Brand Team was created at the start of this year, we knew we were embarking on a journey that would challenge us to rethink processes, break down silos, and align product, institutional, and researcher marketing like never before. It’s been a year of growing pains and meaningful progress. We’ve created shared templates, invested in newer CDP and data integration platforms, bridged workflows with the DMO team, and worked more closely with sales to scale our efforts globally. Most importantly, we’ve fostered a culture of collaboration that will serve us—and our customers—well into the future. I’m excited to continue this momentum and see what we can accomplish in 2025! #holidaymiracle #teamworkmakesthedreamwork #cohesioninaction #collaborationgoals #marketinginnovation #marketingalignment

Happy 4th of July from our team to you! As we gather to celebrate Independence Day with family and friends, let's not forget our furry companions! Here are some tips to keep your pets safe and calm during the festivities: 🎇 Create a Safe Space: Make sure your pets have a quiet, comfortable place to retreat away from the noise. 🐶 Keep Them Indoors: Fireworks can be frightening for pets. Keep them indoors and secure windows and doors. 🐱 Update ID Tags: Ensure your pets' ID tags and microchip information are up to date, just in case they get scared and run off. 🐾 Avoid Fireworks: Never use fireworks around pets. They can cause severe burns and trauma. 🎆 Watch the BBQ: Be mindful of what your pets eat. Certain foods can be harmful to them. Wishing everyone a safe and joyful 4th of July!

Do’s and Don’ts to stay BREEZY during Christmas 🎄 “It’s the holidays, and we’re all in misery.” 😂 Christmas Vacation is the first movie we watch every Christmas season. Personally, our Christmas plans have already changed three times (there are 18 of us between our kids and their partners!), the tree lights have gone out twice AFTER decorating, and the outdoor lights—stretching a quarter mile down the driveway? They’ve shorted out twice, too. 😑 As we say at the Gray house, I’m determined to keep it “BREEZY.” Channeling Clark’s excitement, “We’re gonna have the hap-hap-happiest Christmas!” Here are some Do’s and Don’ts to help make your holidays more joyful and less stressful: Do’s 🎁 Be clear about expectations upfront. Whether it’s deciding who’s cooking what or clarifying schedules, open communication avoids confusion. 🎁 Take intentional breaks. Step away from the noise to recharge so you can show up as your best self. 🎁 Appreciate the effort, not just the outcome. Celebrate the crooked star, the half-lit lights, or the burnt cookies—they’re part of the story. 🎁 Practice patience. Slow responses, late arrivals, or mismatched priorities are inevitable—respond with grace. 🎁 Lead with kindness. Whether it’s your family, your coworkers, or the person bagging your groceries, small acts of kindness set the tone. Don’ts ❌ Don’t micromanage. Let others decorate, cook, or organize their way—even if it’s not your way. ❌ Don’t say yes to everything. You can’t be everywhere or do everything—prioritize what matters most. ❌ Don’t engage in unnecessary drama. Not every comment or disagreement needs a reaction. ❌ Don’t overextend yourself financially. Focus on meaningful gestures instead of trying to wow everyone with gifts. ❌ Don’t forget to reflect. Take time to pause and remember why you’re celebrating in the first place. I LOVE Christmas time! What’s your go-to tip for keeping things “BREEZY” during the holidays? A couple of tips as the holidays approach.... It is Thanksgiving week, so many of you will get your trees soon. 1. Did you know that a fresh-cut tree needs up to 3 quarts of water daily? 2. Are your Christmas lights still safe? LED Christmas lights typically last 6-7 seasons when properly cared for.

How about being kind to one another? How about showing love and understanding? How about listening to what others have to say? How about expressing how much we value and appreciate each other? Qualities that may fade away if they are not practiced meaningfully. So how about we start showing that those qualities are much more valuable than receiving physical gifts? How about we introduce a gift-free Christmas and birthday cultures (from time to time)? Adults have the responsibility to help children learn how to connect with one another, to appreciate and show kindness, and to create joyful memories. So let the holiday season be the time to make this happen.

Christmas is such an exciting time of year in primary schools. From Nativity plays and carol concerts to exchanging Christmas cards and enjoying Christmas parties, there’s always something going on. But all this Christmas fun can have a significant impact on our planet. Here’s an example: if everyone in a class of 30 children gave a card to everyone else, you’d end up with nearly 1,000 cards – just in one class! And it takes one whole tree to make about 3,000 cards. So in a typical primary school that's four whole trees that need to be cut down. That’s a lot of trees we could save by finding new, creative ways to share holiday cheer. So how can we celebrate Christmas in school in a greener, kinder way? Explore are our top five eco-friendly Christmas activities for primary children: https://lnkd.in/eud_j7yD
